Here’s the deal. Many buy in and a few get paid, unlimited for life. Sounds like a lottery.

Why the confusion?  Simple, really. OB says no gambling, roll the dice, cost-shifting. Whatever you want to call it. ACA compliant insurance cannot have life time caps for example. Will it work?  Can “we” afford that luxury? Unlikely.

Are the democrats calling for “individual financial responsibility”? The democrats are sounding more like republicans.
