Covid and the new normal

even ONE life lost is too many

Many at-risk groups of all sorts will demand all kinds of draconian behavorial controls going forward. Those demands will be granted by the policy makers and the courts since social distancing, lock-downs and shelter-in-place have been adopted and approved and enforced rigorously. To argue “Covid is different” won’t be a valid, rational excuse.

100,000’s of lives, maybe millions, including pediatric could have been saved, and now will be saved going forward with the new normal – even ONE life lost is too many.

In addition, air pollution and income inequality will largely be solved as a consequence.
