What Ryan and others don’t get, what they don’t understand, is that the “bad guys” as Ryan sees them, don’t think THEY are wrong. They think THEY are right. That THEY are justified for reasons including religion.

They see Western values and resulting actions as a threat to THEIR values and way of life.
