From THE WEEK:
“A Question: When you walk into a store in your neighborhood and hear two people speaking Spanish, what goes through your mind?”
This commentator frames the entire problem of immigration as, Mexican and Spanish. Go to any one of many elementary schools aroud the country and you could hear not just two languages spoken but maybe 10 or more languages and dialects. How much learning is taking place as a result is anybody’s guess.
Why only Press 1 for English and Press 2 for Spanish? That’s not fair, that’s just PC.
Why not Press 3 for ____, Press 4 for ____, Press 5 for ____, Press 6 for ____, and so on.
