To Avoid Becoming Great Britain

Young people for a variety of reasons are rioting in England.  As usual, both the Left and the Right are wrong as to why.

To avoid the same problems in the US, we need a public works/service program.
In a way, a curfew system.

(1) intervention as early as junior high school
(2) high school graduates and drop-outs MUST enter the “public works” system
(3) full-time employment, 4-year college enrollment, or military service brings an exemption
(4) govt sponsored jobs in the $12 to $15/hour range
(5) infrastucture and assistant positions in health care and education for example

Participants receive real-world job experience, mentoring, potential reference, a pay check, and contribute where its needed.
